MyAuditLog captures messages you forward to us, classifies them, estimates time, attaches the original message as evidence, and assembles a time log you can export. It is a record-keeping tool.

We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and using this product does not create an advisor relationship. Decisions about deductions, material participation, and filing positions belong to you and your CPA.

AI suggestions are exactly that. Every entry stays pending until you approve it, and approving means you are attesting the description and time are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Keep your login and your capture address private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not forward messages you are not entitled to share.

The Free plan covers 1 property with automatic email capture, the dashboard and CSV export. Pro adds unlimited properties, participant tracking and the audit-ready PDF export, and costs $29 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the billing portal in Settings. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

We aim for continuous capture but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies. Export to CSV or PDF whenever you want a snapshot outside the product.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for disallowed deductions, penalties, or interest assessed against you.

Cancel any time. You keep export access through the end of your term, and we delete your data within 30 days of account closure.
