Terms of service
The short version: we are a record-keeping tool, not a tax advisor. Consult your CPA. Every AI suggestion is reviewed by you before it enters your log.
Read this one
Nothing in this product is tax advice. Whether you qualify for real estate professional status or the short-term rental exception is a question for your CPA, and the accuracy of your log is your responsibility as the person who approves each entry.

What the service does
MyAuditLog captures messages you forward to us, classifies them, estimates time, attaches the original message as evidence, and assembles a time log you can export. It is a record-keeping tool.

We are not your tax advisor
We do not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice, and using this product does not create an advisor relationship. Decisions about deductions, material participation, and filing positions belong to you and your CPA.

You review before it counts
AI suggestions are exactly that. Every entry stays pending until you approve it, and approving means you are attesting the description and time are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Your account
Keep your login and your capture address private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not forward messages you are not entitled to share.

Plans and billing
The Free plan covers one property with manual entries. Pro is $29 per month or $290 per year. Billing is not switched on yet, and early users keep Pro features free during launch. We will give notice before that changes.

Availability
We aim for continuous capture but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own copies. Export to CSV or PDF whenever you want a snapshot outside the product.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for disallowed deductions, penalties, or interest assessed against you.

Ending it
Cancel any time. You keep export access through the end of your term, and we delete your data within 30 days of account closure.
