Privacy policy

The short version: we never connect to your Gmail. Only the messages you choose to forward reach us, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

01

What we collect

Your email address, the properties you add, the participants you record, and the messages you forward to your capture address. That is the whole list. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a bank login, or a tax return.

02

We never access your Gmail

There is no OAuth grant, no app install, and no read access to your mailbox. You create a Gmail filter that forwards specific messages to a private address we generate for you. If you delete the filter, we stop receiving anything immediately.

03

What happens to a forwarded message

It is classified by property, given a plain-English description and a time estimate, and stored as evidence attached to the log entry it created. It stays in your account until you delete the entry or close your account.

04

We do not sell your data

No data brokers, no advertising networks, no selling or renting of anything you send us. We do not use your message content to train public models.

05

Service providers

We use hosting, email delivery, and AI classification providers to run the product. They process data on our instructions only, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

06

Your control

Export everything as CSV or PDF at any time. Rotate your capture address if you think it leaked. Delete individual entries, individual properties, or your entire account.

07

Retention and security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Rejected entries are held for 90 days in case you change your mind, then removed. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days.

Questions

Write to privacy@myauditlog.com and a person will answer. To delete your account and everything in it, say so and we will confirm within seven days.
